This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of a selected company with the aid of methods that analyze the internal and external environment, a survey based research, an interview and an analysis of the labor market wages. Based on this data, the motivation and satisfaction of employees will be made suggestions, which should lead to the improvement of current motivation system within the company.

Bachelor's thesis deals with the providing of employee's benefits in the company Ecolab Hygiene s. r. o. Introductory part is focused on theoretical bases. Second part of the thesis is focused on analysis of the providing of employee's benefits regards to the taxation aspect. There are elaborated a few questions and subsequently performed a survey based on analysis established knowledge. In the final part solutions are proposed whose implementation should have positive impact on the current status improvement.

The thesis deals with the work motivation and stimulation of employees in the nuclear powerplant Temelín. The theoretical part deals with the issue of work motivation and stimulation of work performance. It presents manifestations of motivation (employee's benefits) as well se the existing theories of motivation. The practical part of the work focuses on analysis information from questionnaires of the employees. Their aim is to determine whether employees are sufficiently motivated for better work performance and whether they consider the motivation system satisfactory. The survey focuses on questioning the workers about their happiness with their work benefits and rewarding, as well as with work environment, or if they miss something. Based on the researched data, there are recommendations for increase of work motivation and stimulation of the employees at the end of the work. The recommendations are offered and consulted with the management segment of the company.

This analysis is enriched by the views of employees.
